The Lightweight Sony SR32E Camcorder

Powerful 40x Optical Zoom
The Sony SR32E features a powerful Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens which effortlessly captures crisp and bright images with beautiful colour reproduction. The impressive 40x Optical Zoom range makes it easy to shoot distant subjects without jeopardising the picture quality, and the enhanced wide angle performance is ideal for capturing outdoor scenery or groups of people.
Super SteadyShot Technology
To ensure crisp, blur-free images, Sony’s Super SteadyShot picture stabilisation technology will detect and minimise hand-shake. This is particularly important when shooting at high zoom settings, or in poorly lit conditions. When shooting in low light, the Auto Slow Shutter mode will automatically boost the minimum illumination performance up to 5 lux so you can keep on shooting even when the light fades.
Smart Protection System
To protect your videos and still images, the SR32E has a physical shock absorber to protect the hard disc drive from physical jarring and jolts during operation. In addition, a 3G sensor is used to detect sudden motion in three dimensions and distinguish accidental drops from other body movements. To ensure your recording remains smooth in spite of unexpected bumps, the SR32E also features video stream buffering.
Easy to Use Functionality
The Sony SR32E Handycam makes filming easy and enjoyable. The Easy Handycam button allows for simple point-and-shoot filming – the camcorder will adjust the various settings according to the conditions, so you can concentrate on shooting. The 2.5” LCD screen includes a touch panel allowing you to easily adjust the settings, and search and view your footage. A Home menu and Guide function are also useful.
Handycam Station
Sony’s Handycam Station is included with the SR32E, making it quick and easy to store, edit and watch your footage. The station can be linked permanently to a TV via the analogue connector and directly to a PC through the Hi-Speed USB port. The useful One-Touch Disc Burn function can quickly record an hour’s worth of video onto DVD in around 20 minutes at the touch of button.
