Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W120: stylish yet practical

High Resolution Shooting
With an impressive 7.2 effective megapixel resolution and high-quality 4x Carl Zeiss optical zoom lens, the Cyber-Shot W120 effortlessly takes wonderful shots of both near and distant subjects making it a great all-round camera that will capture your special memories of holidays and family occasions.
High Sensitivity
The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W120 has a maximum ISO 3200 sensitivity which allows the user to successfully shoot crisp and clear images without using the flash indoors or in poor lighting. This combines with Sony’s Super SteadyShot optical image stabilisation feature to provide Anti-Blur capabilities that reduce the effects of camera shake, to ensure even handheld pictures taken in low light or at high zoom settings are blur-free.
BIONZ Image Processor
Sony’s BIONZ image processor powers the D-Range Optimiser to automatically adjust the level of contrast and exposure to produce more natural-looking photos. Tricky backlit scenes are taken care of to maintain optimum detail in high and low-light areas of the shot – perfect for photographers that want to point and shoot, without having to worry about adjusting the cameras settings.
Face Detection Sony Technology
The ever-popular Face Detection technology quickly tracks and recognises faces in the frame and takes into account their distance from the camera. What’s more, the Sony Cyber-Shot W120 even differentiates between children and adults, and will alter the exposure, skin tone and red-eye reduction settings in order to produce wonderful portraits of your subject.
Smile Shutter Function
With the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W120, you are guaranteed smiling faces in all your photographs. Simply select the Smile Shutter setting and the camera will wait until your subject is smiling before it fires the shutter. The new Smile Level option even allows you to alter the smile threshold, so your photo will be taken either when your subject smiles gently or only when they grin from ear-to-ear.
High-Definition Viewing
The HD Output on the Sony Cyber-Shot W120 means you can connect the camera to any HD Ready display (using the optional output adaptor cable) and relive your memories in breath-taking Full HD picture quality. The depth and realism of your photographs will astound you.
