Samsung Q310 Laptop
The Samsung Q310 is a hybrid of sorts, as it combines the portability of a netbook with the power of a full sized notebook computer. It has a 13.3 inch widescreen display which runs at a native resolution of 1280×800, making text and video look sharp and bright.
On the inside it is powered by an Intel dual core processor which makes it adept at multi-tasking. There is even a 256MB nVIDIA graphics chip on board, which combined with the processor means the Q310 is not a bad little gaming machine.
You can opt to have up to 4GB of RAM installed in the Q310, but many will choose a lower specification and then have the option to upgrade at a later date when they feel the need. Windows Vista Home Premium comes preinstalled, but some retailers will probably opt to include a free upgrade to Windows 7 to make sure the Q310 is completely up to date.
There are a vast selection of inputs and outputs located on the Q310, including an HDMI port to allow you to hook up the laptop to an HDTV or projector for a presentation or photo viewing session. Three USB ports and a card reader round out the package.
