Samsung BD-P4600 Blu-Ray Player

The Samsung BD-P4600 Blu-Ray player is the first designed for wall mounting. Whilst most other devices of this type would be too heavy for such an application and may also look a little silly stuck to the wall, Samsung has created the BD-P4600 to be as thin and sleek as possible. It has a curved black body and it is under 2cm thick. Samsung has even placed an LCD display on the top of the device, which will of course be at the front when it is hung on a wall.

Despite its slim build, the BD-P4600 is no slouch when it comes to performance. It has Wi-Fi connectivity via an optional USB dongle accessory, which allows you to connect the player to your home wireless network and then access BD-Live bonus content using your broadband connection. If you prefer you can hook it up to the network via an Ethernet cable.

With full HD 1080p playback of Blu-Ray video and the ability to upscale any standard definition DVD, you will really need a good HDTV to make the most of what the BD-P4600 has to offer. With the HDMI connection you can integrate the device into a home cinema system with ease.
