Interquartz Voyager
Interquartz Voyager Range Overview
The Interquartz Voyager range is a line of telephones designed and produced with hotel, health and education environments in mind. Interquartz is a company that insists on good build quality, and to this end all models are built with extra-strong plastic casings. Also, double injection moulded buttons are fitted to ensure the numbers will not fade with use over time. Interquartz also insists on using only high quality internal components, which include gold-plated electrical contacts. Also of note, and specific to the Voyager range, all the phones have large, printable areas where logos can be affixed, personalising the phones to the user’s company.
Interquartz Voyager Small Footprint Phone
The first model in the Voyager range is the Voyager Small Footprint phone. The Footprint comes in grey, and although the phone is half the size of the normal telephone, this works towards flexibility with space, meaning less desk-room is taken up. Despite the diminutive size, the phone still has a lot of useful features. As is standard with Interquartz, the Voyager Footprint is fully hearing aid compatible, and offers ease of location as it is wall mountable without the need for any additional bracket. The phone also has a ringer indicator light, a ringer volume and pitch adjuster and recall and last number redial functions. Also included are a locking mute button with an LED indicator and the phone has 10 memories for number storage. The Voyager Footprint is also both ELR:TBR and MF:LD switchable and features high voltage message waiting.
Interquartz Voyager Standard Hotel Phone 9281
The next model in the Voyager range is the Voyager Standard Hotel Phone 9281. This model comes in a choice of grey or black and is designed to be ideal for guest bedrooms. The Voyager Standard has the standard hearing aid compatibility and wall mountability but this model is MF only. The telephone also features triple standard message waiting, the locking mute button with LED indicator and last number redial and recall buttons. This model, however, features ten non-volatile memories, meaning even if power to the unit is interrupted no information will be lost. This telephone also features a modem port allowing for greater connectivity. The Voyager Standard also has two other models, both of which have the same features as the 9281 with subtle changes. There is the 9281F, which only offers 5 memories instead of ten, and the 9281N, which has no memories.
Interquartz Voyager Speakerphone
The top model in the Voyager range is the Voyager Speakerphone. This Speakerphone possesses all the essential features present on the other models, such as the triple standard message waiting, redial and recall buttons, hearing aid compatibility and the ringer adjustments. It also has a modem port, and has 10 non-volatile memories. However, this model features a two-way speaker allowing for complete hands-free working.
Interquartz Voyager Programming Kit
The final piece in the Voyager range is the Voyager Programming kit. This kit can be used to quickly and efficiently programme the telephones, adding numbers for instance, by using a computer and smart card. The telephone numbers are then stored on a computer for future use making sure any information is not lost.
