HDV PF25, combined with the innovative CINE image mode replicates the characteristics of film, giving your projects a touch of celluloid magic.
A wider range of audio possibilities is made available via external microphone inputs and manual sound options.
Expand the Canon HV20’s capabilities further with a selection of optional accessories that connect via the Advanced Accessory shoe.

Created specifically to handle the demands of HD recording, the DIGIC DV II processor at the heart of the Canon HV20 works in unison with the 2.96 Megapixel Canon HD CMOS sensor to capture and process images and movies of superb quality. Together they provide enhanced noise reduction and colour reproduction, delivering pristine 1920×1080 HD resolution video to digital video tape (MiniDV).
A 10x optical zoom lens featuring Super Range Optical Image Stabilizer technology counteracts camera shake, letting you get closer to the action.
Accurate focus is guaranteed with Canon’s Instant AF focusing system working automatically to ensure smooth, accurate operation with pin-sharp results.
