EOS 5D Features
The Canon EOS 5D features a phenomenal full frame 12.8 Megapixel CMOS sensor. The same size as 35mm negatives, full frame sensors (35.8 x 23.9 mm) represent the final transition between analog and digital SLR photography, setting new standards in picture quality and performance. Images are bright and full with stunning colours, enhanced tonal sensitivities and reduced noise.
Fast, accurate focusing of off-centre or moving objects is assured by the Canon EOS 5D’s 9-point auto focus system. Different focus modes, such as One Shot AF, AI Focus AF and AI SERVO AF let you easily adapt to different focusing needs.
The standard 100-1600 ISO range is expandable to 50-3200, giving you greater flexibility when it comes to handling different shooting requirements.
A vibrant 2.5″ LCD screen with wide viewing angle lets you assess your shots and browse shooting and playback menus with ease.
The Canon EOS 5D lets you shoot up to 60 JPEG images in a singe burst at a rate of 3 frames per second. USB 2.0 connectivity and Video Out enable fast, simple sharing of your images.
