BT Converse 2300
BT Converse 2300 Review
The BT Converse 2300 is the top of the range model in the updated Converse range. It is the model that supercedes the Converse 1300 and one that boasts a huge range of features.
Often top of the range phones are also filled with facilities you will probably never use. However this is not the case with the BT Converse 2300 and leaves us with a very useful uncomplicated phone. For example the BT Converse 2300 has a large 100 name and number directory with easy to use navigation buttons under the display.
The Converse 2300 has a handsfree speakerphone and also the ability to connect a headset too. It is also caller display compatible and will record the details of the last 50 callers. Desk or wall mountable and available in black or white the BT Converse 2300 is a very good business phone.

The Converse 2300 looks impressive, but is NOT impressive. The sound quality is poor, and the volume +- buttons are badly designed. I normally prefer to use the speaker phone, so I can do other things while on the phone, and this phone doesn’t allow me to do that.
Needless to say, I’m still looking for a phone with a loud enough speaker phone!
@Jerry.
Have a look at the Siemens Gigaset SL785. More expensive though.
Alternatively, why not use a wired / wireless headset with it, much better than using the speakers. There are some low cost options. Try the guys at Nicomm at they are very helpful with product compatibility. They are on 0844 800 3350 and at Nicomm
Good luck.
